1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing/using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
2) Services
We provide website development and related digital services, which may include (but are not limited to):
Custom website development
Web application development
UI/UX design and frontend development
API integrations and backend development
Performance optimization
Website maintenance and support
CMS development (e.g., WordPress, Headless CMS)
E-commerce development
SaaS development
The exact scope, features, timeline, and cost will be defined in a written proposal, quote, invoice, or agreement.
3) Project Scope & Revisions
Work is delivered according to the agreed scope.
Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and may require additional cost and extended timelines.
Revisions are limited to what is included in the agreed package/quote.
Major redesigns or new feature requests after approval are not included unless agreed separately.
4) Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:
Provide clear requirements and feedback
Provide necessary content (text, images, brand assets, logins) on time
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time
Ensure you have the legal rights to any content you provide
Provide access to required tools/services (hosting, domain, third-party accounts) where applicable
Delays in providing requirements, content, or feedback may result in project delays.
5) Payments and Billing
All payments must be made according to the terms provided in the quote/invoice.
We may require an advance payment (deposit) before starting work.
Final delivery or website launch may be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.
If payment is overdue, we may pause the project until payment is received.
6) Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of digital services:
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be based on work completed, time invested, and project stage.
Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, paid tools, transaction fees) are non-refundable.
7) Timeline & Delivery
Estimated timelines are shared based on project scope and client responsiveness.
Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or third-party issues may extend timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external platforms, hosting issues, domain providers, or third-party services.
8) Communication
Project communication may be conducted via email, chat, or project management tools.
You agree to respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by unresponsive communication.
9) Intellectual Property (Ownership)
After full payment:
The client owns the final delivered website files, design, and code created specifically for the project (unless otherwise stated).
We retain ownership of:
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, and templates we use to build projects
Any third-party licensed elements (plugins, themes, fonts, images) not created by us
If third-party assets are used, the client must follow the licensing terms of those assets.
10) Portfolio & Marketing Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing:
We may display completed work (screenshots, website link, branding) in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Confidential projects can be excluded upon request before the project begins.
11) Third-Party Services & Tools
We may use third-party tools/services such as:
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment gateways
Plugins, themes, and libraries
Analytics and marketing tools
We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, feature changes, or pricing adjustments.
12) Maintenance & Support
Maintenance/support is provided only if included in your package or purchased separately.
Support does not include major new features unless agreed separately.
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
Client modifications
Hosting/server misconfiguration
Unlicensed or outdated plugins/themes
Third-party service changes
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in dispute.
You are responsible for maintaining backups unless backup service is included in your plan.
14) Termination
We may terminate or pause services if:
The client fails to make payment
The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period
The client violates these Terms
The client requests work involving illegal, harmful, or unethical use
In case of termination:
The client must pay for all work completed up to that point.
No ownership transfer occurs until full payment is received.
15) Confidentiality
We will not share your confidential project details with others, except:
When required to deliver services
When required by law
When you give written permission
Clients must also not share or resell our work-in-progress deliverables without permission.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your operating jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled under the relevant legal system.
17) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply immediately upon posting.
